 Unfriendly staff, especially the blonde lady who does not even greet you at times, not at all satisfied with the work done.

Non si può mettere meno di una stella?
Non è sicuramente il loro lavoro, fanno con quello che hanno, sicuramente non cercano la perfezione.
Penso che andare dai cinesi sia sicuramente qualitativamente più alto, più economico e sicuramente più professionale.
Mi hanno fregato una volta.. Basta.

It's definitely not their job, they do with what they have, they're definitely not looking for perfection.
I think going to the Chinese is definitely higher in quality, cheaper and certainly more professional.
They screwed me once .. Enough.
