★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a fare ricucire il passante della cintura dei miei Jeans che si era scucito, un gioco da ragazzi per chi fa il sarto di mestiere.
Quando ho ritirato il pantalone ho visto che la cucitura era stata eseguita con un colore completamente a caso, differente dal colore del filo originale, nemmeno lontanamente simile.
Inoltre la cucitura era stata eseguita in maniera veramente brutta e storta, come se fosse stata eseguita a occhi chiusi.
Faccio notare il problema con la massima gentilezza ed educazione, sicuro del fatto che mi sarebbero venuti incontro, quello ho ricevuto è stato gridarmi in faccia che loro non possono fare “lavorazioni originali”, come se passare un filo dritto e del colore simile a quello originale, fosse pura fantascienza.
Ho provato a mediare ma il proprietario continuava a gridarmi in faccia, poi ha preso i soldi che avevo pagato, me li ha lanciati sul banco insieme ai pantaloni e mi ha fatto uscire dal negozio senza risolvere il problema.
Ho risolto il problema da un altro ragazzo sarto a pochi minuti da loro, che ha fatto un lavoro impeccabile a un quarto della spesa che avevano chiesto in questo negozio.

 I took the belt loop of my jeans to be sewn up, which was unstitched, a breeze for those who work as a tailor.
When I picked up the trousers I saw that the seam was done with a completely random color, different from the original thread color, not even remotely similar.
Furthermore, the seam was done in a really bad and crooked way, as if it had been done with your eyes closed.
I point out the problem with the utmost kindness and education, sure that they would come to meet me, what I received was shouting in my face that they cannot do "original work", as if passing a straight thread and the color similar to that original, it was pure science fiction.
I tried to mediate but the owner kept yelling in my face, then he took the money I paid, threw it on the counter along with my pants and let me out of the shop without solving the problem.
I got it sorted out by another tailor guy within minutes of them, who did a flawless job at a quarter of the expense they asked for in this shop.
NEVER AGAIN.
Highly not recommended.
