★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vergogna, tre giorni per poter parlare con qualcuno. Un mese x fare la riparazione di un articolo in garanzia e poi ti chiedono soldi per ritirarlo. Ti ridanno l'articolo rotto ma con scontrino di riparazione effettuata a zero euro!!
A shame, three days to be able to talk to someone. A month to repair an item under warranty and then they ask you for money to collect it. They will give you back the broken item but with a repair receipt for zero euro !!
