β β β β β Abbiamo acquistato un braccialetto il 13 novembre per fare un regalo e si sono staccati dei pezzi. Il 20 novembre abbiamo fatto il reclamo e riportato il bracciale al negozio e a distanza di quattro mesi ancora non si sono preoccupati di farlo riparare. Vergognoso!
