Vergognosi The sandwiches they sell at the bar are frozen. I bought one at 12 30 and it still had a hard and very moist crumb. Threw away the ham and the sandwich. Shameful

Staff not very awake .. If you ask for a coffee even 2 times long to make you feel good, They can't make it right. For the rest, not bad coffee and good pizza.

The review is on Sarni but the message is Illy when you see the brand and is synonymous with good coffee. Well here they manage to spoil even a generous arabica, bad burned cold but dear Mr. ILLY AGREES TO GET IT MANAGE THE RENOWNED NAME SO ???

Le abbiamo dovute rendere indietro facendocele rifare. Donna alle pizze maleducata, scortese e arrogante, se al pubblico non sapete stare, a casa dovete andare. Peggio di così non si poteva. Bad bad bad bad! Pitiful service, pizzas paid as maxi but small and oval, chips too fried, almost even burnt and oily. We had to return them by letting them be redone. Pizza woman rude, rude and arrogant, if you don't know how to stay in the public, you have to go home. It could not have been worse.

M	Maarten Lemmers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personeel spreekt alleen Italiaans, is weinig behulpzaam en gemakzuchtig. Fazzoletto was koud (want gewoon te kort opgewarmd in de oven) en smakeloos. Tafels zijn vies en plakkerig en worden niet afgeruimd/schoongemaakt. Afruimkarren en vuilniszakken puilen uit en niemand kijkt ernaar om. Staff speaks only Italian, is unhelpful and easy going. Fazzoletto was cold (because just warmed up in the oven too short) and tasteless. Tables are dirty and sticky and not cleared/cleaned. Clearing carts and garbage bags are bulging and nobody cares.

Poi lei è andata dietro dai ragazzi che fanno la pizza ( lei non lavorava li) a chiacchera ..io dico un po' di rispetto e coerenza se davvero aveva il covid a contagiato ogni cosa .. I'm in the restaurant pizzeria and now hotel a minimum I mean and I can assure you that this is the worst place never seen I wonder how a girl in front of the counter who was constantly coughing can stay open, not that a pizza chef, I think her friend, yells at her and laughs about this situation in which the whole world is involved. Then she went after the guys who make pizza (she didn't work there) to chat .. I say a little respect and consistency if she really had the covid to infect everything ..
