Di ritorno dalle vacanze mi sono fermato a questa stazione di servizio per fare gpl e ho consegnato l'adattatore di metallo che si avvita al serbatoio all'addetto che dopo avermi fatto carburante si è dimenticato di restituirmelo. Arrivato a casa, poi mi sono accorto che non me lo aveva restituito. Così ho telefonato al gestore della stazione di servizio per chiedergli se gentilmente poteva spedirmelo visto che abito a parecchi km di distanza e visto che la dimenticanza è stata dell'addetto. Il gestore, con tono arrogante e molto maleducato mi ha risposto che la dimenticanza è stata mia e che quindi non me lo spediva. Penso che persone così non dovrebbero lavorare a contatto col pubblico se non imparano le buone maniere! I would like to make a complaint about the uncivilized behavior of the petrol pump operator of the Sarni Oil Rubicone Est Motorway Service Area. Back from vacation I stopped at this service station to do LPG and I handed over the metal adapter that screw it to the tank to the attendant who forgot to return it to me after filling me with fuel. When I got home, then I realized that he hadn't returned it to me. So I phoned the service station manager to ask him if he could kindly send it to me since I live several kilometers away and since the attendant forgot. The manager, with an arrogant and very rude tone, replied that the forgetfulness was mine and that therefore he did not send it to me. I think people like that shouldn't work in contact with the public if they don't learn good manners!

Da licenziare, non e cosi che si lavora al pubblico. I ask for a cap of soy, the waitress makes a mistake and takes it out on me that I haven't told her again. Absurd. Very rude. To be fired, that's not how the public works.

Il n'y a pas la place pour, à moins de les faire manger dehors (pas top l'hiver) dans la petite aire de jeu extérieure... On n'a pas trouvé mieux. There is everything you need, but if you have young children, don't stop there. There's no room for them, unless they eat outside (not great in winter) in the small outdoor play area... We couldn't find better.
