★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessuna traccia di professionalità. Ho messo benzina col self e quando ho tentato di pagare il benzinaio mi ha detto di non avere il resto. Sono stato costretto senza nessun “per piacere”, “cortesemente” a cercare di cambiare 50€ all’Autogrill. Nemmeno l’Autogrill, alla presenza di centinaia di clienti, aveva da cambiare e, così, ho pagato col POS, mentre il benzinaio senza ricambiare il “lei” che usavo nei suoi confronti, mi ha semplicemente ripetuto tre volte di fila “che ti posso fà?”. Zero professionalità e rispetto. Non mi ci fermerò mai più.
No trace of professionalism. I put gas in the self and when I tried to pay the gas station attendant told me not to have the change. I was forced without any "please", "kindly" to try to change € 50 at the Autogrill. Not even the Autogrill, in the presence of hundreds of customers, had to change and, so, I paid with the POS, while the gas station attendant, without returning the "she" I used towards him, simply repeated to me three times in a row "that you can I do? ". Zero professionalism and respect. I will never stop there again.
