Dopo tanto peregrinare in vari negozi del settore, tra Napoli e provincia, per ottenere valide risposte alle mie domande e perplessità, per fare una scelta corretta, ho trovato nel buon Sarnelli quanto cercavo. Sono molto soddisfatto e a distanza di quasi un anno ringrazio ancora per l'efficienza nella vendita e innanzitutto nell'assistenza postvendita. ?
 Purchased mb with pedal assistance in the spring of 2019. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace dare questa recensione perché a primo impatto sembrava un luogo molto fornito e personale molto esperto del proprio mestiere, ma purtroppo dopo aver richiesto informazioni riguardo una bici mi è stato detto di rimanere un recapito telefonico in modo che mi avrebbero fatto sapere loro in quanto erano impegnati in altro in quel momento. Non avendo ricevuto alcuna telefonata, il giorno dopo mi reco di nuovo lì e mi viene detto che dovevano ancora valutare e che mi avrebbero fatto sapere loro tramite una chiamata. Morale della favola, non ho mai ricevuto alcuna chiamata e la bici l'ho acquistata altrove anche se dispiaciuto perché all'inizio sembravano persone molto disponibili
I'm sorry to give this review because at first it seemed like a very well-stocked place and very experienced staff of their craft, but unfortunately after asking for information about a bike I was told to stay a telephone number so that they would let me know as they were engaged in something else at the time. Having not received any phone calls, the next day I go there again and am told that they still had to evaluate and that they would let me know via a call. Moral of the story, I never received any calls and I bought the bike elsewhere although sorry because at the beginning they seemed very helpful people
