I was in this repair center for advice on a breakdown and they were very kind and helpful .. They didn't want to sell me a new appliance but they recommended a simple repair which hadn't happened in another service center in the same municipality. . Honest

Ho acquistato una lavastoviglie Candy il 31 ottobre presso un altra ditta. Dopo neanche un mese si guasta.
Interpellato Candy mi viene assegnata la sare in data 2 dicembre 2019 in quanto assistenza ufficiale Candy . Bene da allora nonostante 3 richiami ufficiali da Candy e alcune telefonate effettuate da me non ne ho più avuto notizie.
Sul loro sito si vantano di assistenza nelle 48ore ma considerando che io li aspetto da quasi 2 mesi la cosa varrà solo per gli elettrodomestici venduti da loro. Capisco che ci possano essere ritardi ma avrei gradito almeno una telefonata di spiegazioni.
A questo punto chiederò il reso del bene per l'impossibilità di usarlo e per il disagio subito in 2 mesi di inattività.

I bought a dishwasher Candy on October 31 at another company. After less than a month fails.
Asked Candy is assigned me sare dated December 2, 2019 as the official assistance Candy. Well since then despite official warnings from 3 Candy and some phone calls made by me I no longer heard.
On their website they claim to support in 48h but considering that I wait for them for nearly two months will be worth it just for the appliances sold by them. I understand that there may be delays, but I would have liked at least a phone call for explanations.
At this point I will ask the return of good for the inability to use it and for the inconvenience in 2 months of inactivity.
