t	trol Banner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rivaluto la mia esperienza da molto positiva a mediocre, in quanto la prima volta il taglio é stato eseguito seguendo le mie preferenze. Successivamente le mie indicazioni per il taglio venivano seguite di volta in volta meno, perché il personale non era d'accordo con ció che chiedevo scendendo a compromessi fra il loro modo di impostare un taglio e la mia richiesta (che é stata tranquillamente soddisfatta in altri luoghi), risultando in un taglio fatto male. Una volta mi é capitato di dover aggiustare il taglio per conto mio appena tornato a casa. Ció che manca a mio avviso é l'ascolto della richiesta del cliente. Lo consiglio se volete affidarvi interamente al parrucchiere e se avete dei capelli "ordinari". I reevaluate my experience from very positive to mediocre, as the first time the cut was made following my preferences. Subsequently, my instructions for cutting were followed less and less from time to time, because the staff did not agree with what I asked, compromising between their way of setting a cut and my request (which was happily met in others places), resulting in a badly done cut. Once I happened to have to fix the cut on my own as soon as I got home. In my opinion, what is missing is listening to the customer's request. I recommend it if you want to rely entirely on the hairdresser and if you have "ordinary" hair.

Ho prenotato un colore più piega all’ultimo trovandomi in zona e mi hanno inserita , ho tardato per cause di forza maggiore e mi hanno passata lo stesso. Disponibili, sempre cordiali e pazienti pur avendo un bimbo piccolo con me. Colore perfetto e lucido, qualità del servizio alta, e prezzi giusti. Tutte le Attività dovrebbero essere così! J	Jean Ellaine Andal Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile e accogliete ma se vogliamo parlare di prezzo e risultati non credo sia “giusto”. Come vedete dalla foto (forse non si vede benissimo) io ero azzurra con la radice color rame circa e di mezzo un biondino e ho fatto la tinta nera. In tutto ho speso 78€! per una tinta nera e un mini taglio e a quanto pare una piega anche se in realtà me li avevano praticamente solo asciugati (li ho naturali lisci lisci quindi non è che abbiano fatto una piega appunto) e poi boh la maschera. Tutto ciò 78€ per dei capelli anche corti e tinta fatta malino perché c’erano dei punti ancora marroni e altri punti dove vedevi ancora quel pizzico di azzurro (chiazzette marroni soprattutto dietro). Tra l’altro NIENTE SCONTRINO e non ho potuto vedere bene i prezzi di tutto ciò. Sapevo semplicemente che la tinta costava 30€ perché già all’inizio avevo chiesto quanto costasse e niente sono arrivata a pagare quasi 80€. Non nego che il personale sia gentile ed educato ma i risultati che volevo non li ho ottenuti. Friendly and welcoming staff but if we want to talk about price and results I don't think it's "right". As you can see from the photo (maybe you can't see it very well) I was blue with a copper-colored root about and a blond in the middle and I did the black dye. In all, I spent € 78! for a black color and a mini cut and apparently a crease even if in reality they had practically only dried them (I have them natural straight smooth so it's not like they made a crease) and then boh the mask. All this € 78 for even short hair and dyed badly because there were still brown spots and other spots where you could still see that hint of blue (brown spots especially on the back). Among other things, NO RECEIPT and I could not see the prices of all this well. I simply knew that the dye cost € 30 because at the very beginning I asked how much it cost and I paid almost € 80 for nothing. I do not deny that the staff are kind and polite but I have not obtained the results I wanted.
