D	DenFox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver visionato un locale con una loro dipendente ed il proprietario, mi ricontattano telefonicamente e gli spiego che l'interesse c'era a patto di trattare un po' il prezzo, così mi chiedono di quanto all'incirca sarei interessato a trattare. Fatto presente il prezzo medio, mi dicono che chiederanno al proprietario e che mi rifaranno sapere. Ero in attesa di questa informazione come da accordi, così poi da fare ufficialmente una richiesta formale con caparra, ma purtroppo non si sono fatti più sentire e io, nel frattempo, ho chiaramente scelto un altro locale con un'altra agenzia immobiliare. Avrei almeno gradito essere ricontattato per sapere l'esito della richiesta, anche negativa, magari avremmo potuto ragionarci sopra, ma si sono defilati senza neanche farsi più vivi, davvero poco professionale. I would at least like to be contacted to know the outcome of the request, even a negative one, maybe we could have reasoned about it, but they set themselves apart without even making themselves more alive, really unprofessional.

I highly recommend if you are looking for an apartment to contact this agency..father and daughter are two very helpful, friendly and kind people..I found a beautiful apartment with them and immediately I understood that I was talking to serious people available in dialogue and help on everything ..

Oltre a non essere stati seri nei nostri confronti dato che dovevamo firmare il contratto e all’improvviso cambiano idea, perché abbiamo chiesto di fare alcune sistemazioni in una casa dove chiedono 5 mensilità, ci chiamano accusandoci di aver fatto una recensione negativa con un altro nominativo! Non volevo rendere pubblica questa brutta esperienza con loro ma visto che hanno insistito tanto…. eccola qui! P.s. sono così seria come persona (IO) che ci metto la faccia, nome e cognome! La ragazza dell’agenzia è la figlia dei proprietari, antipatica e sgarbata con i clienti (innanzitutto) e non sa nulla di mercato immobiliare ma le lasciano fare come le pare, tanto è “la figlia di papà”. If I could put 0 stars on it! Zero as their seriousness! They are an agency and owners of the same houses they sell and rent. The girl from the agency is the owners' daughter, unpleasant and rude to customers (first of all) and knows nothing about the real estate market but they let her do as she likes, so much so is she "daddy's daughter".
