I have phoned more than once to have an appointment for a quote. A gentleman has always answered me in a kind way but without giving me certain confirmations, reporting that he will report to his manager and that they would contact me again. To date, after a week, I am still waiting for a call from them. I am dumbfounded after reading more than excellent reviews.
