★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il motivo delle due stelle è che durante la seduta la titolare mi dice che mi avrebbe messo una maschera dato che i capelli erano stati stressati dalle meches appena fatte. Acconsento senza porre ulteriori domande (sbagliando). Il conto è stato di 108 euro in totale: 21 piega, 17 taglio, 45 meches, *10 + 15 euro di trattamento*. Mi va tutto bene a parte il trattamento: credo che si debba sempre esplicitare il prezzo e spiegare esattamente che cosa si va a fare e con che tipo di prodotto, non basta che sia scritto fuori dal salone. Il mio sbaglio, invece, è stato di non chiedere il prezzo e di cosa si trattasse esattamente.

I'm fine with the treatment aside: I believe that you should always make the price explicit and explain exactly what you are going to do and with what type of product, it is not enough that it is written outside the salon. My mistake, however, was not to ask for the price and what exactly it was.
