S	Samantha Magrini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata dalla Dott.ssa Casali in seguito ad episodi frequenti di mal di testa causati da tensione cervicale. La Dottoressa è molto competente, disponibile, attenta. Svolge visite molto approfondite e indaga a fondo ogni dettaglio del problema che porta il paziente a recarsi da lei. Per quanto mi riguarda dopo circa 10 sedute non ho più mal di testa frequenti e nei momenti più stressanti dal punto di vista fisico e mentale (a causa principalmente dello studio) se il mal di testa si presenta è molto meno acuto, passa più velocemente e assumendo antidolorifici a dosaggio minore. Sara è una persona molto gentile ed ha capito fin da subito la mia problematica agendo sia a livello di manipolazione diretta sia insegnandomi diverse tecniche sulla corretta postura da tenere in piedi e da seduta per non avere male così da poter gestire in autonomia la comparsa del dolore. Sara mi ha aiutato davvero tantissimo e la consiglio vivamente. Il mal di testa era veramente fastidioso, ogni volta che compariva la giornata era rovinata. Con poche sedute i dolori si sono subito allentati. Sara sin dalla prima volta ha capito subito come bisognava agire e già dalle prime sedute i miei malesseri iniziavano a scomparire e la quantità di farmaci che assumevo si era praticamente azzerata, questo anche perché la Dottoressa non agisce solo lei direttamente attraverso la manipolazione ma insegna degli esercizi da svolgere a casa che in caso di mal di testa e dolori cervicali sono molto efficaci, un’alternativa vera e propria agli antidolorifici! Non ringrazierò mai abbastanza Sara che solo dopo 6 sedute mi ha cambiato completamente il modo di vivere le mie giornate azzerando completamente mal di testa e dolori cervicali, facilitando così anche la mia vita da studente universitario!
