Con molta tranquillità aspetto per 20 minuti che la mia pratica venga compilata e un signore, probabilmente il titolare, entra nell'ufficio e con volgarità chiede "E' pronta questa czo di pratica?" a un povero ragazzo novizio e di buona volontà, ma sicuramente non istruito a dovere da chi dovrebbe farlo. Dopo questa entrata infelice, il probabile titolare inveisce contro di me in modo arrogante e inopportuno per il fatto che la mia carta di identità riporta un indirizzo diverso da quello attuale. La mia carta d'identità è valida fino al 2021 e NON c'è nessun obbligo di rifare la carta di identità se si risiede in un indirizzo diverso! E che dovrei farmi socio ACI per non avere di questi problemi! Bastava chiedermi il nuovo indirizzo o farmi compilare un form al mio arrivo. No? Non entro nei particolari, ma questo basta per far capire quanta ignoranza risieda nel povero signore attempato e per immaginare l'epilogo di questa triste e volgare vicenda. Spero che presto quel "signore" decida sia tempo di ritirarsi, andare in pensione, dedicarsi alle slot machine. Lo vedo meglio dietro ad una macchinetta mangiasoldi a inveire contro se stesso e alla sua povera e inutile vita. E spero che quel povero ragazzo decida presto di cambiare lavoro, per non avere più a che fare con certa arroganza e ignoranza. Pago altri 65 euro, totale 100 euro. Grazie, non mi rivedete mai più. Totale maleducazione e atteggiamento irrispettoso e arrogante da parte del medico durante la visita per il rinnovo della patente. Questa considerazione vuole essere stimolo di riflessione per chi opera a contatto con il pubblico soprattutto con persone che, poco pratiche ed insicure, possono vivere un momento di disagio e umiliazione.
