Passing through the area for work reasons, FuHon seemed like an excellent opportunity to enjoy some sushi during the dinner break and get back to work with a load of invigorating endorphins. But after taking a seat I realized that the evening was not going to go as hoped. First of all, having to ask the waiter, despite having specified that he was alone, to remove the second cover to make room for the dishes, was something that had never happened to me, as well as asking to take away the empty dishes long after arrival of new dishes to make room and avoid unpleasant dirty "piles". A rather anonymous place, badly furnished and badly lit, with a mix of assorted chinoiserie, posters and looming booths from the early 2000s. The tablet menu, confusing and impractical, does not often contain photos with descriptions of the dishes and, first of all, the list of allergens. For this reason I stumbled upon a brand new vegetable rice full of unsolicited soy sprouts and, above all, poorly tolerated by myself. Leathery sushi, tasteless, coarse, heavy and packed with rice like I hadn't eaten for years ... Although the restaurant was half-empty, the service, already distracted by itself, was not the fastest. Prices are average. I consider myself a rather lenient reviewer, because I respect the work of others and I always try to make constructive and non-destructive criticisms, but in this case I cannot fail to be objective. It is really strange how, with the great evolution of Japan AYCEs in recent years, Fu Hon proposes in 2020 such a poor and outdated product in an area that deserves much more quality and aesthetic standards. The worst sushi experience of my life.

We went here for my friend's 40th birthday. We are 3 adults and we ordered dinner buffet unlimited for €18.90 per pax. Drinks and dessert exclusive. Servers (not wearing uniforms too) here are not that friendly. Seldom smiles. Upon ordering. Instead of taking our orders. They gave us a piece of torn paper from a notepad and a pen and told us to write which dish we want to order. I find that odd for a restaurant. They should be the one listing it and gave us some house recommendations. Some of the food that we order are good. But the Cantonese rice is bathed with too much oil. We have a mix Japanese and Chinese dishes mix in our orders. Some of the Japanese dishes are okay. Salmon is overcooked. Ambience is okay tho. And the restaurant is clean.
