Luigi intrattiene gli ospiti con racconti del territorio e dei suoi sapori, e sua moglie, incredibile!, In una normale cucina casalinga prepara succulenti cibi della tradizione povera siciliana. Piatti semplici ma saporiti, dall'antipasto al dolce, con amaro finale e, volendo, un sigaro e il brandy insieme a Luigi! Purtroppo a causa delle norme covid gli ospiti si siedono a tavoli separati, ma comunque la conversazione, animata da Luigi, è molto più viva e simpatica che in un normale ristorante. Esperienza consigliatissima! Ah what a special experience! I had never tried a home restaurant before, and I absolutely loved it. Luigi entertains guests with tales of the territory and its flavors, and his wife, incredible !, In a normal home kitchen prepares succulent foods of the poor Sicilian tradition. Simple but tasty dishes, from appetizers to desserts, with final bitterness and, if desired, a cigar and brandy with Luigi! Unfortunately, due to the covid rules, guests sit at separate tables, but in any case the conversation, animated by Luigi, is much more lively and fun than in a normal restaurant. Experience highly recommended!

"Sapori di Girgenti" is a new way to know and taste traditional dishes. Everything is prepared with care and in an excellent way! Thanks to the friendliness and attention of the fantastic owners, Patrizia and Luigi, who manage to create the authentic jovial and family atmosphere that characterizes the true essence of conviviality at the table.

We felt like completely part of this full Sicilian family table - the food was incredibly good!!! We sat at the garden terrace until 1 in the night until we said ciao with very full bellies. We 1000% recommended visiting Patrizia and Luigi as a part of a trip to Sicily.
