Per esempio: odore e sapore dei meravigliosi piatti che una nonna calabrese sapeva preparare restano scolpiti nella memoria, a vita. E quando non li hai più, puoi limitarti a sognare, vivendo nei ricordi. Poi capita che trovi qualcuno che invece è capace di cucinare come si faceva una volta. E ti offre l'opportunità di gustare ancora cose che sembrano spuntar fuori dal passato. Ed è così che ho scoperto questa piccola e preziosa gastronomia, attraverso la parmigiana come quella di mia nonna, gli arancini come fatti in casa sempre dalla mia nonna e tutta una serie di altri piatti calabresi che quasi avevo dimenticato. Il palato è così tornato a vivere nuovamente quelle grandi emozioni d'un tempo, gustando ogni singolo boccone, apprezzando la cucina e la qualità degli ingredienti. Non potevo non spendere due parole per una gastronomia alla quale adesso sono inevitabilmente legato, che mi ha dato la possibilità di sentirmi ancora una volta calabrese mentre mangio, con soddisfazione e con un rapporto qualità prezzo davvero unico. Complimenti e che duri nel tempo! Parmigiana per sempre... There are things from childhood that are not forgotten. And it gives you the opportunity to still enjoy things that seem to come out of the past. And this is how I discovered this small and precious gastronomy, through the parmigiana like that of my grandmother, the arancini as always homemade by my grandmother and a whole series of other Calabrian dishes that I had almost forgotten. The palate has thus returned to live again those great emotions of the past, enjoying every single bite, appreciating the cuisine and the quality of the ingredients. I couldn't help but say a few words about a gastronomy to which I am now inevitably linked, which has given me the opportunity to feel once again from Calabria while I eat, with satisfaction and with a truly unique quality / price ratio. Da subito mi ha colpito la gentilezza e la cordialità del titolare. Io e il mio collega abbiamo scelto due tranci di focaccia farcita, un arancino, due bottiglie d'acqua, una bottiglietta di coca-cola per un totale di €8,00. Gentilissimo, il titolare ci ha offerto un altro arancino. Siamo ritornati anche il giorno dopo e trovato sempre prodotti freschi e di qualità. Panini, focacce e arancini per tutti i gusti. Tutto molto buono e assolutamente da provare. Small place but with a big heart! Lunch break, on the advice of people, I headed to this shop.
