β β β β β I visited Sapore Perfetto on a Sunday evening. We didn't wait long for our orders despite the restaurant being full. My pizza was flavoursome and light.

β β β β β I loved this pizza so much that we went 3 times during a one week trip to Puglia. Good for those with no dietary restrictions, vegans, and gluten free people alike! And we had all the above in our group. Absolutely delicious and friendly, helpful staff. Iβll be dreaming about it back home. Grazie!! The photos show the last pizza I had there with lactose free mozzarella (insane) and mushrooms. Just wow.

β β β β β Underwhelming in regards to both the food and service. However they did throw in an extra piece of burrata to accommodate the fourth person at our table, which was nice!
