Durante il trasporto si è danneggiato ma grazie all'assicurazione il problema è stato risolto.

During transport it was damaged but thanks to the insurance the problem was solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un box il 31/03/2021, doveva arrivare entro il 30/04/2021. Nonostante le ripetute telefonate, solleciti e false promesse (es. spedizione entro lunedì 03/05/2021), sono riusciti a spedirlo il 05/05/2021. Il box è arrivato dopo una settimana (anziché i 4 gg lavorativi) nelle condizioni visibili in foto. L'unica spiegazione che sono riusciti a fornirmi è che il bancale probabilmente si è ribaltato.... Ma anche se fosse, non è modo di spedire un prodotto del genere. Non c'era alcuna imbottitura nell'imballaggio tra le varie parti, le pareti di lamiera attaccate una all'altra, il tutto contenuto (si fa per dire) da un telaio in legno. Ho chiesto immediatamente il rimborso, ma ad oggi, dopo quasi una settimana, sto ancora aspettando il bonifico.
I ordered a box on 03/31/2021, it had to arrive by 04/30/2021. Despite repeated phone calls, reminders and false promises (eg shipping by Monday 03/05/2021), they managed to send it on 05/05/2021. The box arrived after a week (instead of 4 working days) in the conditions visible in the photos. The only explanation they have been able to give me is that the pallet has probably overturned .... But even if it were, there is no way to ship such a product. There was no padding in the packaging between the various parts, the sheet metal walls attached to each other, all contained (so to speak) by a wooden frame. I asked for a refund immediately, but as of today, after almost a week, I am still waiting for the transfer.

Unico neo (non trascurabile) è la ditta alla quale attualmente si affidano per le consegne sul territorio ligure, che ha determinato, nel mio caso, un forte ritardo nella consegna della merce. Affidarsi a ditte non professionali determina un inevitabile abbassamento della qualità del servizio, con conseguente disagio a danno del cliente e di questo, ahimè, Sapil ne è responsabile.
Serious company, excellent products and the staff assigned to interface with the customer is courteous and helpful. The only drawback (not negligible) is the company they currently rely on for deliveries on the Ligurian territory, which has determined, in my case, a strong delay in the delivery of the goods. Relying on non-professional firms determines an inevitable lowering of the quality of the service, with consequent inconvenience to the detriment of the customer and for this, alas, Sapil is responsible.

La struttura è molto robusta e ben costruita, ottimo livello di rifiniture, imballaggio molto accurato e istruzioni di montaggio chiarissime ed estremamente dettagliate. Il tutto ad un prezzo onesto. Ottimo prodotto, super consigliato.
Very serious company with courteous and helpful people. I bought a box made with insulated panels and I am very satisfied. The structure is very sturdy and well built, excellent level of finishing, very accurate packaging and very clear and extremely detailed assembly instructions. All at an honest price. Great product, super recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercando in rete un box fatto come si deve con delle misure particolari e visionando diverse proposte trovo questa azienda che consegna in tutta Italia e ti permette di allestire il tuo box in varie versioni, ottimo sito facile e intuitivo, ganzissimo spippolare per allestire il box a tuo piacimento.
Varia scelta di colori e due tipi di spessore, ho scelto la de luxe come da foto. Tutto ok il servizio clienti il quale ci siamo coordinati molto tranquilla per telefono, consegna perfetta con un simpatico autista della ditta che mi ha chiamato prima e mi ha dato mano nello scarico,
Buon prezzo per i materiali che offrono.
Se cercate un box fatto bene…. Sapil !!!
