★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è il classico negozio di prodotti per animali infatti, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il cibo, la merce è nella zona non accessibile ai clienti quindi non c'è possibilità di farsi un'idea sui prodotti prima di acquistare. Bisogna affidarsi all'assistenza del personale che ho trovato però competente, educato e disponibile.
It is not the classic pet products shop in fact, especially as regards food, the goods are in the area not accessible to customers so there is no possibility to get an idea about the products before buying. You have to rely on the assistance of the staff who I found, however, competent, polite and helpful.
