★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eseguita riparazione foratura su un pneumatico seminuovo causata da una vite 4x30 conficcata nel battistrada, senza però che fosse rilevato (com’è stato scoperto purtroppo solo in seguito da altri) che la punta della vite aveva lesionato anche il fianco, quindi riparazione da non farsi perché del tutto inutile, sebbene mi fosse stato fatto invece notare il contrario. Tornato dopo 5 giorni con la gomma di nuovo sgonfia è stato applicato del mastice sul cerchio interno del pneumatico per presunta perdita a seguito di lievi irregolarità della gomma in quella zona; altro intervento inutile! Tornato per la terza volta dopo soli 4 giorni di nuovo con la gomma sgonfia; non resta altro - afferma il titolare - che comprare un pneumatico nuovo. Tempo per averlo: 10 giorni, un mese, buh? / Prezzo “scontato”: 85€, senza però la possibilità di detrarre la spesa sin qui inutilmente fatta (25€). Vado da un altro gommista, che rileva subito la perdita sul fianco, quindi pneumatico non riparabile, per cui devo acquistarne uno nuovo, che arriva in meno di 24 ore, prezzo 65€! Torno quindi da Sanzin con il pneumatico ormai da buttare per far notare al titolare l’assoluta inutilità dei suoi interventi, e, lasciando perdere le strade, il tempo perso e i disagi, chiedo il solo rimborso delle spese inutilmente sostenute. Lapidaria risposta di Sanzin: “Neanche parlare”!!! Questa officina quindi non risponde né si responsabilizza per i propri errori di valutazione che scarica pari pari sul cliente!

Time to get it: 10 days, a month, buh? / Price "discount": 85 €, without the possibility of deducting the expense thus far unsuccessfully made (25 €). I go to another tire shop, which immediately detects the leak on the side, so a non-repairable tire, so I have to buy a new one, which comes in less than 24 hours, price € 65! I'll be back by then Sanzin with the tire now be thrown out to the holder with the utter futility of his actions, and, dropping the streets, lost time and the discomfort, I ask only the reimbursement of unnecessary expenditure. Tanti anni che cambio gli pneumatici in Slovenia per convenienza e professionalità. Causa covid non si può andare più oltre confine. Dopo aver beccato a marzo una fregatura da un altro gommista. Ho deciso di andare vicino a casa per cambiare le gomme della mia Carens. Sono andato da Sanzin Gomme e ho trovato due giovani ragazzi seri, professionali, competenti, gentili e veloci. Ho pagato 40 euro, prezzo onesto in confronto dei 60€ di altri gommisti.
Sicuramente lo consiglio, giovani che lavorano con voglia, investendo nella loro attività. Quando merita bisogna promuovere chi lavora bene. Bravi ragazzi

For many years I have changed tires in Slovenia for convenience and professionalism. Cause covid you can't go over the border anymore. After being caught in March by another tire dealer. I decided to go close to home to change the tires on my Carens. I went to Sanzin Gomme and I found two young guys who are serious, professional, competent, kind and fast. I paid 40 euros, a fair price compared to the 60 euros of other tire dealers.
Definitely recommend it, young people who work with desire, investing in their business. When it deserves we must promote those who work well. Good guys
