★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima bisogna aspettare un mese per fare la visita dal fisiatra, dopodiché si aspetta un altro mese per poter iniziare con la cura se nel frattempo non ricevi una telefonata che viene tutto posticipato. Personale arrogante e poco rispettoso delle persone, neanche rispondono al saluto. Pulizia scarsa.
First you have to wait a month to visit the physiatrist, after which you wait another month to start the treatment if in the meantime you don't receive a phone call that is completely postponed. Arrogant and not very respectful of people, they don't even respond to the greeting. Poor cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primo impatto, valutazione negativa, ho notato che ci sono paziente di serie A ,medici, paziente di serie B. I primi hanno priorità assoluta. Ho fatto notare verbalmente tale situazione a un dirigente non mi ha dato nessuna risposta e si è allontanato.
At first glance, negative evaluation, I noticed that there are patient of series A, doctors, patient of series B. The first have absolute priority. I verbally noted this situation to a manager gave me no answer and went away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non conoscevo questa realtà...Ho avuto modo di conoscerla un mese fa grazie agli acciacchi e non immaginavo tanto, tenendo conto che siamo portati x vocazione di paese a lamentarci sempre ed apprezzare tutto quanto si trova extra moenia!!!! Ottimo tutto: accoglienza, disponibilità, cortesia, sorrisi, tempestività, professionalità, pazienza da parte di tutti, nessuno escluso. Mi ha molto colpita il clima affettuoso che inevitabilmente si crea con i pazienti che, finite le terapie, ritornano anche e soltanto x salutare il personale. Decisamente un fiore all'occhiello x Mazara e x la comunità. Ad majora Semper! P.S. dimenticavo.....Sto molto meglio, grazie!!!
I did not know this reality ... I got to know it a month ago thanks to the ailments and I did not imagine much, taking into account that we are brought x country vocation to always complain and appreciate everything that is extra moenia !!!! All excellent: welcome, helpfulness, courtesy, smiles, timeliness, professionalism, patience on the part of everyone, none excluded. I was very impressed by the affectionate atmosphere that inevitably arises with the patients who, once the therapies are finished, also return and only to greet the staff. Definitely a flagship for Mazara and for the community. Ad majora Semper! P.S. I forgot ..... I'm much better, thanks !!!
