A	Anna Martino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesa ex cattedrale del 1500 favolosa dedicata a San Giovanni Battista e L'Assunta con una navata centrale dove si può vedere uno dei più belli crocifissi del 1500 della famiglia Aragonese Miroballo Ventimiglia e alla navata destra si può ammirare alla parte centrale Sant'Anna e le reliquie dei corpi santi, Sant'Orso, San Clemente Santa Lucida, Santa Candita e sulla navata sinistra si può ammirare la cappella dedicata al santissimo cuore di Gesù e le bellissime tele che raffigurano tanti santi tra cui Santa Lucia e L'Assunta, una Chiesa tutta da scoprire. Ma non seguite il percorso consigliato dal navigatore.... l'ultimo tratto è impossibile! Si tratta di una stradina strettissima su una salita ripida e, per giunta, con accesso riservato ai residenti! Seguite, invece, le normali indicazioni per Lettere. The church is beautiful and the context is beautiful, with the wide staircase and the adjacent square with fountain, trees and benches. But don't follow the route recommended by the navigator .... the last stretch is impossible! It is a very narrow street on a steep climb and, moreover, with access reserved for residents! Instead, follow the normal directions for Letters.
S	Salvatore Desiderio1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Favoloso. Bellissimo e pieno di storia. Le sue origini, in base a quanto appreso durante una visita, risalgono intorno all'anno 1000. Al suo Interno una bellissima statua ad immagine di S. Anna che è anche la Santa Protettrice del piccolo paese di Lettere ( Prov. NA). La sua festa si celebra il 26 di luglio ed in quel periodo, sia il Santuario che l'intero paese vengono letteralmente invasi da pellegrini e fedeli provenienti da buona parte della regione. Una visita diventa quasi d'obbligo e certamente sarà un poco del tuo tempo speso bene. Fabulous. Beautiful and full of history. Its origins, based on what was learned during a visit, date back to around the year 1000. Inside there is a beautiful statue in the image of St. Anne which is also the Holy Protector of the small village of Lettere (Prov. NA). Molto bello il simulacro della santa patrona, Sant'Anna! Da visitare assolutamente!!! Beautiful cathedral, rich in art history and popular devotion. Il campanile, edificato invece orientativamente intorno al 1700 é alto circa 30 metri. Monunentale church and parish of the town of Lettere, built around the end of the 1500s.
