Enchanting .... before the entrance you will look at the floor of a rare beauty. Beautiful the icon on the altar not to mention every detail such as the nave and the ceiling. The rose window on the outside is unique. To be seen.

It is part of my heart's places but Objectively it is a beautiful sanctuary from the outside with the extraordinary flowery mosaics of river stones inside with the splendid church and the extraordinary painting of the Madonna of Custonaci enriched by a frame of the Trapani silversmiths. I recommend at least one visit. It is strategically located at the top of the village and the view from below is beautiful

Fascinating location with a churchyard paved with perfectly preserved river pebbles and a magnificent landscape setting. The church is valuable and worth a visit.

Niewielka, przepięknie zdobiona, praktycznie bez rzeźb i obrazów, za to z ogromną dominacją malowideł ściennych świątynia robi piorunujące wrażenia (naprawdę warte zobaczenia). Musicie to zobaczyć! Polecamy!
Chance and sheer curiosity allowed us to find this place and to be honest it is our little discovery on the Sicilian routes. In the guide (ExpressMap) nothing was found about the sanctuary, and it is definitely worth visiting - both the sanctuary and the town itself. There are several reasons. Once - primarily because of the sanctuary itself (very interestingly located on a slope, practically at the top). Small, beautifully decorated, with virtually no sculptures and paintings, but with a huge dominance of wall paintings, the temple makes a stunning impression (really worth seeing). Two - pavement mosaics in the form of pebbles placed "around the sanctuary" around the sanctuary are beautiful and during a week-long tour of Sicily I have not encountered such large trotary areas decorated with this technique. Three - the town itself is very picturesque. It is located on the top of the hill in the vicinity, which makes the views very beautiful. Both from the town itself (very pleasant, modern "park" contrasting with the traditional Italian buildings of the town) and the nearby viewpoint (on the left from the entrance to the town) where there is a small statue of the Virgin Mary. Beautiful temple, beautiful views of the hills and a panorama of the sea. You must see this! We recommend!

Incredible how such a beautiful church with marble and wonderful paintings exists in such a small village. Wouldn’t have expected that

Lovely church! So lucky to have visited during a private tour on top and I got the chance to see the town from above and also the big ringing bells (one in bronze and gold)! Must see if around the area,??
