G	Giovanni Pavese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Domina Tauleto" così era chiamata la chiesa nel 1565. Il Santuario di Tavoletto viene riedificato nel 1650, e dedicato alla Beata Vergine Addolorata. Qui era custodita la "PIETA" di Martino Spanzotti, ora nella Chiesa vicina di Valle Rossi. Il santuario è TUTTORA CONSACRATO e si può visitare con l'APP "Chiese e cattedrali". Grazie all' "Associazione il Tavoletto onlus" la chiesa è stata completamente restaurata a fine 2016 dopo una serie di interventi iniziati nel 2003. Viene utilizzata come centro di incontri, studi sull'ambiente, mostre. In settembre si celebra la festa con la S. Messa animata dalla comunità di Valle Rossi particolarmente devota alla Madonna Addolorata. Il santuario è immerso in un ambiente naturale splendido. Si consiglia di raggiungere la chiesetta a piedi (da Sommariva 20 minuti o da Valle Rossi 15 minuti) senza aver prima visitato il centro storico di Sommariva con la splendida Chiesa parrocchiale dedicata allo Spirito Santo, la vista del castello della "Bella Rusin" e la confraternita di San Bernardino (barocca). "Domina Tauleto" as the church was called in 1565. The Sanctuary of Tavoletto was rebuilt in 1650, and dedicated to the Blessed Virgin of Sorrows. Here was kept the "PIETA" by Martino Spanzotti, now in the nearby church of Valle Rossi. The sanctuary is STILL CONSECRATED and can be visited with the "Churches and Cathedrals" APP. Thanks to the "Associazione il Tavoletto onlus" the church was completely restored at the end of 2016 after a series of interventions started in 2003. It is used as a center for meetings, environmental studies, exhibitions. In September the feast is celebrated with the Holy Mass animated by the community of Valle Rossi particularly devoted to Our Lady of Sorrows. The sanctuary is immersed in a splendid natural environment. It is advisable to reach the small church on foot (20 minutes from Sommariva or 15 minutes from Valle Rossi) without first visiting the historic center of Sommariva with the splendid parish church dedicated to the Holy Spirit, the view of the "Bella Rusin" castle and the brotherhood of San Bernardino (baroque).
