★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo santuario dedicato alla Vergine. Antichissimo! Costruito sopra un castrum romano nel 1386 è tenuto molto bene. Grazie agli scavi effettuati dal 1998 al 2000, è stata riportata alla luce un'immensa cisterna d'acqua risalente all'alto Medioevo, sita di fronte alla chiesa.
Grazie a un volontario è possibile effettuare una visita all'interno. (meglio chiamare il parroco di Cornate per gli orari o la prenotazione).
 Small sanctuary dedicated to the Virgin. Very ancient! Built over a Roman castrum in 1386, it is very well kept. Thanks to the excavations carried out from 1998 to 2000, an immense water cistern dating back to the early Middle Ages was brought to light, located in front of the church.
Thanks to a volunteer it is possible to visit the interior. (it is better to call the parish priest of Cornate for timetables or reservations).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo santuario, collocato sopra ad una rocca, tra il canale e il fiume Adda. Per raggiungerlo una lunga scalinata all'ombra di diverse palme. Accanto al santuario gli scavi di costruzioni antiche/reperti archeologici. Tutto ben descritto in tabelloni illustrativi. Ottimo il panorama tutt'attorno. Per accedere alla scalinata bisogna percorrere la pista ciclopedonale accanto al canale e/o scendere dal sentiero accanto al cimitero di Porto d'Adda.
Beautiful sanctuary, located above a rock, between the canal and the Adda river. To reach it a long staircase in the shade of several palm trees. Next to the sanctuary the excavations of ancient buildings / archaeological finds. All well described in illustrative boards. The panorama all around is excellent. To access the staircase, you must take the cycle / pedestrian path next to the canal and / or descend from the path next to the cemetery of Porto d'Adda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most beautiful place I have visited. So peaceful. There is a ancient water tank built underground and few other Medieval artfacts. A magnificent view of Adda river. There is a small taverna nearby cheap but good quality.
