In esso vi è il Santo Crocifisso del Miracolo che, secondo la tradizione, nel 1529 ha spezzato le catene fatte posizionare dal Governatore Spagnolo e che impedivano il passaggio dell'annuale processione. È affidato alle cure dei Padri Somaschi. La Chiesa è molto grande e ricchissima di opere d'arte di diverse epoche.
 Splendid Baroque sanctuary in the city of Como, an object of particular popular devotion. In it there is the Holy Crucifix of the Miracle which, according to tradition, in 1529 broke the chains placed by the Spanish Governor and which prevented the passage of the annual procession. It is entrusted to the care of the Somascan Fathers. The Church is very large and very rich in works of art from different eras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dedicated to Santa Maria Annunciata, it is one of the most important places of worship in the city of Como; in fact it houses a wooden crucifix that tradition reconnects to an alleged miracle that took place in 1529, and which is the object of celebration and devotion by the citizens particularly during the Holy Week.
It's really beautiful especially for it's age and it has lots of works of art with religious history.
