Cuore della Casa Divina Provvidenza è il Santuario voluto da don Guanella come il centro propulsore di tutta la Casa, come motivazione ultima di tutte le attività educative, assistenziali, culturali. E’ la presenza reale di Cristo nell’Eucarestia che dà il marchio di autenticità, di verità a quanto di bene si cerca di fare nella Casa. La dedicazione al Cuore Sacratissimo di Gesù, vuole anche esprimere la caratteristica della misericordia che deve essere presente in tutti gli ambienti. Accanto al Sacro Cuore, su un trono, campeggia la Vergine Santa, Maria Madre della Divina Provvidenza, che sembra attorniare con la sua attenzione materna e previdente, (resa immensa dalla vicinanza con Dio e dalla sua Divina maternità), tutti i presenti nella casa e ogni fedele che a Lei si rivolge. Nel Santuario riposano inoltre le spoglie “luminose” del beato Luigi Guanella e di Suor Chiara Bosatta che stanno alla base delle due Congregazioni maschili e femminili: I Servi della Carità e le Figlie di Santa Maria della Provvidenza. Mi sono fermato in questo bel Santuario di ritorno dalla Valtellina e luoghi guanelliani ..tutto scritto come al solito!?✋???. Grazie a Dio ?

The heart of the Divine Providence House is the Sanctuary wanted by Don Guanella as the driving force of the whole House, as the ultimate motivation for all educational, welfare and cultural activities. It is the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist that gives the mark of authenticity, of truth to what good is sought to be done in the Home. The dedication to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus also wants to express the characteristic of mercy which must be present in all environments. Next to the Sacred Heart, on a throne, stands the Holy Virgin, Mary Mother of Divine Providence, who seems to surround all those present in the house with her maternal and provident attention (made immense by her closeness to God and her Divine motherhood). and every faithful who turns to her. In addition, the “luminous” remains of Blessed Luigi Guanella and Sister Chiara Bosatta rest in the Sanctuary, which form the basis of the two male and female Congregations: the Servants of Charity and the Daughters of Saint Mary of Providence. I stopped in this beautiful Sanctuary on my way back from Valtellina and Guanellian places .. all written as usual! ?✋???. Thank God ?

Bellissimo santuario assolutamente da visitare anche se penso poco conosciuto. Vi riposano San Luigi Guanella e la Beata Chiara Bosatta. Vi si può anche trovare una riproduzione della scala santa e una preziosa reliquia (una spina della Corona). A 15 min. a piedi dal centro città.

Beautiful sanctuary absolutely to visit even if I think little known. San Luigi Guanella and Blessed Chiara Bosatta rest there. There you can also find a reproduction of the holy staircase and a precious relic (a thorn from the Crown). 15 min. walk from the city center.
