★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo santuario, una volta molto visitato e meta di pellegrinaggi, oggi non lo è più. Vale comunque la pena visitarlo, nonostante la non agevolezza per arrivare.
Sito in un quartiere antico di Palermo, ormai molto grande, zona comunque ricca di ville antiche sedi estive dei nobili di un tempo, oggi abbandonate o abusivamente ristrutturate ed abitate, distrutte dal tempo e dalle intemperie, svilite da una politica che non è stata in grado di riportarle al loro splendore come storia della nostra Palermo.
Purtroppo anche il Santuario non rimane sempre aperto, quindi è bene informarsi sugli orari se si vuole visitarlo.
