★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si presentano come il sogno del fatto su misura senza limiti, dei maghi realizzatori di ogni fantasia, del top della qualità, della scelta senza confini. Poi, quando ci si siede al tavolo come cliente, senza essere uno sceicco beduino o un armatore greco dal portafoglio senza fondo, scopri che la scelta esibita era solo propaganda e le finiture possibili per i tuoi mobili solo due, che ogni tua richiesta appare irrealizzabile, che lo spirito creativo dei loro architetti al massimo può ricopiare pari pari il progetto che gli hai presentato tu, che sei un cliente di serie B, nonostante presentino conti da capogiro. Al momento della consegna scopri inoltre che quello che ti è stato venduto per legno massello (tutte le parti dei mobili ad esclusione dei fianchi lunghi) è solo listellare rivestito d'impiallacci. La sufficienza la strappano solo perché il prodotto finale è comunque solido, ma la fatica estenuante di dover controllare e correggere ogni disegno e di lottare per convincerli a realizzare dei particolari appena diversi dal solito non vale la candela.
