Edit: Sono stato contatto e con una spiegazione esaustiva sono stati esposti i motivi (tecnici) del ritardo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TAMPONE COVID fatto con una violenza allucinante (è il primo che faccio da loro ma ne ho fatti diversi prima) e risultati in ritardo nonostante abbia pagato il servizio express che ti da il referto in un giorno.
Tuttavia aggiungo che subito dopo aver mandato la mail per il reclamo hanno chiamato dopo poco per spiegare i motivi del disguido e hanno provveduto a rimborsare il prezzo intero del tampone
COVID SWAB done with hallucinating violence (it is the first I do with them but I have done several before) and results late despite having paid for the express service that gives you the report in one day.
However, I add that immediately after sending the email for the complaint they called shortly after to explain the reasons for the mistake and proceeded to refund the full price of the tampon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avete bisogno di un certificato di buona e sana costituzione (per palestra, piscina o qualsiasi altra attività NON agonistica) NON ANDATE QUI.
Sono 40 anni che faccio sport, visite mediche agonistiche e non, essendo oltre i 50 sono andato pure al Monzino per farmi un check cardiologico completo e l’unica che si è rifiutata di visitarmi è una dottoressa che evidentemente, spero per lei solo per eccesso di zelo, non ha compreso quale è il suo compito.
Mai più!!!

For 40 years I have been doing sports, competitive and non-competitive medical examinations, being over 50 I also went to Monzino to have a complete cardiological check-up and the only one who refused to visit me is a doctor who obviously, I hope for her only out of excess of zeal, he did not understand what his task is.

Mi sono rivolto a loro per fare un tampone molecolare PCR Covid e la mia esperienza è stata PESSIMA!
Non solo la persona che mi ha fatto il tampone è stata - per usare un eufemismo - MOLTO AGGRESSIVA sia in gola sia nel naso (era il mio quindicesimo tampone quest'anno, quindi so di cosa parlo), ma le tempistiche di refertazione sono assolutamente ridicole. Se non si può ottenere il risultato del test entro 72 ore, il tampone è totalmente inutile visto che non ha più alcuna validità.
ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO per i tamponi Covid, perchè tanto non arrivano in tempo.

Ritengo corretto segnalare che a seguito della prima recensione sono stato contattato dalla struttura in questione per avere maggiori informazioni circa la mia insoddisfazione e ho trovato con piacere una persona gentile e aperta nell'ascoltare le mie rimostrarnze e farsi carico del miglioramento del servizio. Se così sarà, non posso che esserne felice.
Aumento pertanto il mio punteggio a tre stelline, perchè mi sembra un comportamento apprezzabile e responsabile.
DO NOT GO TO MAKE THE COVID PAD HERE, IT'S USELESS !!
I approached them to make a Covid PCR Molecular Swab and my experience was AWFUL!
Not only was the person who swabbed me - to put it mildly - VERY AGGRESSIVE in both my throat and nose (it was my 15th swab this year, so I know what I'm talking about), but the reporting times are absolutely ridiculous. If the test result cannot be obtained within 72 hours, the swab is totally useless as it no longer has any validity.
ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED for Covid tampons, because they don't arrive in time.

I believe it is correct to report that following the first review I was contacted by the structure in question to get more information about my dissatisfaction and I was pleased to find a kind and open person in listening to my complaints and taking charge of improving the service. If so, I can only be happy.
I therefore increase my score to three stars, because it seems to me an appreciable and responsible behavior.

More than positive experience for shock waves under the sole of the foot, both for the improvement of the problem and for the kindness of the reception staff but also of the doctor. I highly recommend it !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cia siamo recati per una visita Neuro Psichiatrica Infantile, la dottoressa che ha visitato il bimbo abastanza premurosa, ma alla fine riferisce che il centro è inadeguato per seguire e comprendere la POSSIBILE problematica, già da noi fortemente sospettata, del bambino e ci suggerisce altri centri (ci ha risparmiato forse una ricerca su internet). Nell'anamnesi scritta sul referto vengono indicati i lavori del genitori e lo stato fisico di questi (tipo: alti o bassi, magri o grassi) , ma non ci ha speigato come questi fattori possano influenzare la diagnosi della patologia di nostro figlio. Sono riportate anche altre informazioni inesattezze che comunque sembrano non essere correlate al fine di una diagnosi. Non metto in dubbio le capacità del professionista, ma suggerisco fortemente di leggere il referto in loco per chiarirvi eventuali dubbi, piuttosto il servizio offerto: se è un servizio incompleto o inadeguato per problematiche tecniche/ logistiche, non deve essere messo sulla carta dei servizi. Non offrire un determinato servizio non mette in discussione la capacità su altri aspetti del centro, ma evita una recensione negativa di un genitore deluso, che ha pagato per sentirisi dire cose che già sapeva ed essere dirottato altrove.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After booking a PCR appointment for my mother, and after failing to find the Santagostino in Bicocca metro due to the wrong location on google maps (as provided by the company online), we had to walk to sesto san giovanni to eventually find another branch of Sanagostino.
The lady at the reception immediately understood our urgency, arranged a new appointment in Lima, and prioritised our request demosntrating an exceptional level of professionalism!
I would give only 1 star for the online information available for non italian speakers, but *5 STARS FOR MONICA*, the girl who saved our time and money.. Grazie Monica, for raising the company's customer service!
