M	Mari Stupefacente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistata una caldaia Valiant (consigliata da loro anche per disponibilità) dicevano al momento dell’acquisto di consegnarla e installarla entro una settimana …. Ho ordinato una 28kw e dopo due settimane di ritardo e vari richiami si presentano con una 24 kw senza il crono termostatato valiant che avevo da contratto e mai stato montato comunque solo dopo 9 mesi me ne hanno montato uno universale. Per concludere installazione non a regola d’arte in quanto i filtri installati non sono a norma e non so come loro stessi abbiano potuto rilasciare la certificazione. GIUDICATE VOI ! Having purchased a Valiant boiler (recommended by them also for availability) they said at the time of purchase to deliver and install it within a week .... I ordered a 28kw and after two weeks of delay and various recalls come up with a 24 kw without the valiant chrono thermostat that I had from the contract and never been mounted, however, only after 9 months they mounted a universal one. To conclude installation not in a workmanlike manner as the filters installed are not up to standard and I do not know how they themselves were able to issue the certification. JUDGE YOU!

È possibile confermare questa teoria andando a confrontare gli intestatari delle suddette recensioni positive con i nomi dei dipendenti, tecnici e amministrativi, che il signor Santacesaria ha gentilmente elencato PUBBLICAMENTE sulla pagina Facebook dell'azienda stessa. La realtà dei fatti è che i tempi d'attesa in generale sono molto lunghi, semmai porteranno a termine un cantiere iniziato vi lasceranno lo schifo a casa, la competenza non sanno nemmeno che cosa sia, non c'è una corretta comunicazione tra tecnici e segreteria e questo vi farà perdere ulteriormente tempo e denaro. (Di quest'ultimo aspetto il proprietario non sa nemmeno tutto, poverino! Perché tante cose sono molto bravi a camuffarle strappando e celando i rapportini giornalieri). Inoltre vi consiglio SPASSIONATAMENTE di non lasciare MAI le vostre mogli e le vostre figlie sole a casa, perché la deprivazione in questo mondo è veramente troppa. In conclusione, piuttosto AFFOGATEVI UNA GAMBA, ma non vi affidate assolutamente a questa azienda. It is possible to confirm this theory by comparing the owners of the aforementioned positive reviews with the names of the employees, technicians and administrators, which Mr. Santacesaria has kindly listed PUBLICALLY on the Facebook page of the company itself. The reality of the facts is that the waiting times in general are very long, if anything they will complete a construction site that has begun they will leave you disgusting at home, the competence does not even know what it is, there is no correct communication between technicians and answering machine and this will further waste your time and money. (The owner doesn't even know everything about this last aspect, poor thing! Because so many things are very good at camouflaging them by tearing and hiding the daily reports). Also I HORRIDLY advise you to NEVER leave your wives and daughters alone at home, because the deprivation in this world is just too much. In conclusion, rather DROW A LEG, but absolutely do not rely on this company.
