Risale, secondo alcune fonti, alla metà del XII secolo. Purtroppo chiuso quando ci sono andato. Dalla piazza antistante si gode una vista della bassa Val Polcevera, con il ponte autostradale di Renzo Piano in costruzione; la vista può anche spaziare verso le strutture portuali ed industriali di Sampierdarena e Cornigliano, fino al mare. Marian sanctuary, dedicated to Santa Maria and San Michele arcangelo, but known more as the "Sanctuary of Coronata". According to some sources, it dates back to the mid-twelfth century. Unfortunately closed when I went there. From the square in front you can enjoy a view of the lower Val Polcevera, with the Renzo Piano motorway bridge under construction; the view can also range towards the port and industrial structures of Sampierdarena and Cornigliano, up to the sea.

All'interno custoditi tipici Cristi liguri da portare in processione. Museo all'interno con la storia del Paciugo e della Paciuga, personaggi tipici della tradizione locale. Interessanti dipinti di valore all'interno, fra cui una tela rappresentante Giovanni Battista e Gesù bambini, con il loro cagnolino.....unico. Beautiful church, beautiful community. Beloved Sanctuary, dedicated to the Crowned Mary, it dominates the Val Polcevera with its belvedere. Inside there are typical Ligurian Cristi to be carried in procession. Museum inside with the history of Paciugo and Paciuga, typical characters of the local tradition. Interesting paintings of value inside, including a canvas representing John the Baptist and Jesus the children, with their little dog ..... unique.

Ogni tanto vado per la messa pomeridiana. Dovrebbe, secondo me, essere tenuta più pulita in alcune zone, tipo vicino agli altari posti sulla sinistra.
