L	Laura Campadelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato un piano metropolis brown da 3000 euro, siamo stati in azienda, abbiamo scelto la lastra e l'abbiamo firmata, specificando con tutti fino allo sfinimento che NON dovevano levigare la pietra perché la volevamo grezza e ruvida. Arriva il piano ieri: panico. È liscio come una pista da bowling. Aggiornamento: dopo un mese, complici le vacanze di Natale, l'addetto vendite di Santa Margherita, con il mobiliere e il marmista, sono venuti a fare una verifica del nostro piano metropolis brown. Scopriamo SOLO IN QUESTA SEDE che le irregolarità, picchiettature e asperità dei piani metropolis si limitano SOLO AI BORDI delle lastre, e quindi durante il taglio queste vengono perdute tutte quante, salvo cautele non sempre applicabili. Alzo quindi la mia valutazione. Colpevole è stato chi mi ha venduto il metropolis, facendomi credere che TUTTA la lastra potesse avere picchiettature e asperità quando invece non è così, e poteva dirci di contattare il marmista per chiedergli di fare il possibile per preservare i bordi a scapito di altre parti (ma in realtà non sarebbe stato possibile comunque, a causa delle dimensioni e caratteristiche del mio piano, cioè dove è posizionato il lavello eccetera). Non metto più stelle perché anche se il materiale in sé è da quattro stelle se non cinque quanto a resistenza e colore, che le irregolarità siano l'eccezione e non la regola, e siano solo sui bordi, va specificato in modo chiaro, per evitare fraintendimenti da parte di clienti e mobilieri.
