Ho acquistato un pacchetto promozionale con l'intento, se mi fossi appassionata e trovata bene, di continuare. Risultato: continuerò sicuramente ma non certo con loro. Bella struttura ma la proprietà, l'organizzazione una enorme delusione. Sono stata trattata da cliente di serie B dal primo giorno e per incapacità organizzativa non mi hanno fatto terminare le lezioni acquistate nel tempo dei due mesi previsti dalla promozione e ripeto, non è dipeso da me ma solo e unicamente da loro. Mi sono sentita presa in giro, oltre ad aver perso soldi perché non mi è stato permesso di effettuare tutte le lezioni acquistate. Se questo è il modo di cercare nuovi clienti credo ci sia molto da rivedete. Lo sconsiglio vivamente!
BAD EXPERIENCE
I purchased a promotional package with the intention, if I was passionate and found it good, to continue. Result: I will definitely continue but certainly not with them. Beautiful facility but the ownership, the organization a huge disappointment. I was treated as a Serie B customer from the first day and due to organizational inability they did not make me finish the lessons purchased within the two months foreseen by the promotion and I repeat, it was not up to me but only and solely from them. I felt cheated, as well as losing money because I was not allowed to take all the lessons I bought. If this is the way to look for new customers I think there is a lot to review. I strongly advise against it!
