K	Katharina Grimm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr schönes, neu renoviertes und sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Empfang und ebenso netten Reinigungskräften. Ein Nachteil im Sommer ist die fehlende Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück ist für den deutschen Gaumen etwas spärlich und süß, aber in Ordnung, weil Teil der Kultur. Schade war, dass eine der Bedienungen am Frühstück sichtbar genervt war, wenn man sich einen zweiten (!) Kaffee bestellt hat, dadurch hat man sich nicht willkommen gefühlt. In dem Restaurant, das zum Hotel gehört, haben wir zweimal gegessen: Einmal eine super Qualität zu günstigen Preisen, beim zweiten Mal mäßige Qualität und sehr überteuert (Nachtisch: Tiramisu, das nicht mehr frisch geschmeckt hat und wohl ein Fertigprodukt war). Man muss dazu sagen, dass wir keine Speisekarte erhalten haben, laut Restaurant gäbe es keine und die Preise werden scheinbar spontan festgelegt. Wir waren dann nicht mehr dort. Stattdessen zu empfehlen: Il Capocaccia Pub! Super leckere Pinsa, ganz netter Gastgeber, normale Preise! A very nice, newly renovated and clean hotel with a very friendly welcome and just as nice cleaning staff. A disadvantage in summer is the lack of air conditioning. Breakfast is a bit sparse and sweet for the German palate, but okay because it is part of the culture. It was a shame that one of the waitresses at breakfast was visibly annoyed when you ordered a second (!) Coffee, so you didn't feel welcome. We ate twice in the restaurant that belongs to the hotel: once a great quality at reasonable prices, the second time moderate quality and very overpriced (dessert: tiramisu, which no longer tasted fresh and was probably a finished product). It must be said that we did not receive a menu, according to the restaurant there is none and the prices seem to be set spontaneously. We weren't there anymore. Recommended instead: Il Capocaccia Pub! Super tasty Pinsa, very nice host, normal prices!

L'albergo si trova a Rotonda un bel paesino e un buon punto di partenza per fare escursioni nei dintorni. Ottima la colazione con crostate e torte fatte dalla cuoca. Gentilissime le addette alla colazione che una volta avendo una escursione molto presto ci hanno fatto fare colazione prima dell' orario previsto. Excellent experience, clean and functional rooms, friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is located in Rotonda, a beautiful village and a good starting point for excursions in the surrounding area. Excellent breakfast with pies and cakes made by the cook. Very kind breakfast staff who once having an excursion very early made us have breakfast before the scheduled time.

I gestori sono gentili e competente, si sono dimostrati disponibili nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Hanno inoltre creato un bel ecosistema con Spa, ristorante, rifugio e aperitiveria in cui si fa anche colazione, quest'ultima valida e abbondante, gestita dal gentilissimo ed irriverente proprietario. Anche i ragazzi del rifugio Fasanelli si sono dimostrati gentili, aperti ed ospitali nei nostri confronti. Esperienza da ripetere. Excellent structure, new and well finished, in the center of the village of Rotonda. The managers are kind and competent, they proved to be available in meeting our needs. They have also created a beautiful ecosystem with a spa, restaurant, refuge and aperitif where breakfast is also served, the latter valid and plentiful, managed by the very kind and irreverent owner. Even the boys of the Fasanelli refuge proved to be kind, open and hospitable towards us. Experience to be repeated.

Le stanze di questa struttura Sono sparsi in un piccolo borgo di rotonda in un contesto molto suggestivo, ci è piaciuto veramente tanto. Le stanze sono curate nel minimo dettaglio molto pulite e il personale è disponibilissimo. Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio spa anche quello eccellente. consigliamo borgo ospitale per le vostre vacanze in Basilicata We stayed overnight in this hotel a few days ago for the bridge on April 25th.
