★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Appuntamento fissato 12.15; alle 12.40 dopo varie telefonate nessuno si era ancora visto e ci sarebbero voluti altri 10 min prima dell’arrivo. Sono andata con altri mezzi in ospedale e ho annullato la chiamata. sconsigliatissimo.
Bad experience. Appointment fixed 12.15; at 12.40 after several phone calls no one had yet seen and it would have taken another 10 minutes before arrival. I went to the hospital by other means and canceled the call. highly discouraged.

Appuntamento alle 9,00 si sono presentati alle 9,45 viaggio di andata il viaggio di ritorno un'ora e mezza di ritardo e senza parlare della maleducazione e prepotenza che hanno usato nei miei confronti
Bad experience, I booked this ambulance to take my mother to the hospital for a medical examination. Appointment at 9.00 were presented at 9.45 outward journey the return journey an hour and a half late and not to mention the rudeness and arrogance that they used towards me

Mio padre, che è sulla sedia a rotelle, ha dovuto attendere per ben due Ore che l'ambulanza tornasse a prenderlo per accompagnarlo a casa, conclusione mio padre ha preso freddo e gli è venuta anche la febbre!!!! . Quando chiamavamo il centralino per sapere l'ambulanza dove fosse, ci hanno detto che sarebbe arrivata da lì a poco, cosa non vera, dato che unuomo di 82 anni ha dovuto aspettare per ben due ore!!!! Quando l'ambulanza è arrivata c'era un unico infermiere che ha chiesto a mio padre di salire sul l'ambulanza ma se non deambula, come può salire.
Per fare un solo km, hanno preso più di 100 €, un km ad andare e un km al ritorno. Professionalità zero!
Bad experience, don't rely on these people. My father, who is in a wheelchair, had to wait for two hours for the ambulance to come back to take him home, in conclusion my father got cold and he even got a fever !!!! . When we called the switchboard to find out where the ambulance was, they told us that it would soon arrive, which is not true, as an 82-year-old man had to wait for two hours !!!! When the ambulance arrived there was only one nurse who asked my father to get on the ambulance but if he doesn't walk, how can he get on.
To do just one kilometer, they took more than € 100, one kilometer to go and one kilometer to return. Zero professionalism!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza davvero pessima! Preso appuntamento con l’ambulanza che si è presentata dopo più di due ore dall’orario prefissato, per di più senza assistenza per persona disabile. Per non parlare del prezzo di andata e ritorno (di soli 3km casa/ospedale) alla modica cifra di 113€! Assolutamente sconsigliato!
Really bad experience! I made an appointment with the ambulance that showed up more than two hours after the scheduled time, moreover without assistance for a disabled person. Not to mention the return price (only 3km home / hospital) for the modest sum of € 113! Absolutely not recommended!
