★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo prenotato un'apericena per lunedi sera, chiedendo a che ora avrebbe chiuso il bar, visto che mi sarei trovata con 2 amiche che venivano da lontano. Mi è stato detto al telefono che avrebbero chiuso alle 20.30 e non alle 21 perché il lunedi è un giorno infrasettimanale. Alle 20 siamo state invitate ad andarcene ed alla mia obiezione che mi era stato detto 20.30 al momento della prenotazione, mi è stato risposto che avrebbero dovuto pulire e che non c era nessun altro oltre a noi tre. Mi chiedo: ma i baristi brillanri, quelli che tengono ai clienti ed alla correttezza, dove sono????
I had booked an aperitif for Monday evening, asking what time the bar would close, since I would be with 2 friends who came from far away. I was told on the phone that they would close at 8.30pm and not 9pm because Monday is a midweek day. At 8pm we were asked to leave and to my objection that I was told 8.30pm at the time of booking, I was told that they should have cleaned and that there was no one else besides the three of us. I wonder: but the brilliant bartenders, those who care about customers and fairness, where are they ????
