Lo staff, molto competente e professionale, è concentrato nel raccogliere le corrette informazioni con domande mirate e precise così da non rendere dispersivo ma finalizzante il contatto. Ringrazio in particolare il Sig Luigi per avermi seguito sin dalla mia ricerca del ricambio (un cambio automatico Cvt) fino al ricevimento della merce, preoccupandosi di rispondere sempre con la massima cortesia ad ogni mia richiesta. Capita spesso che una volta concluso un affare, poi non si trovi più nessuna risposta.... Non è il caso della Sannio Service che consiglio vivamente a chiunque sia alla ricerca del necessario ricambio... Grazie ancora.
Customer satisfaction seems to me to be one of the philosophies of Sannio Service. The very competent and professional staff is concentrated in gathering the correct information with targeted and precise questions so as not to make the contact distracting but finalizing. In particular, I thank Mr. Luigi for following me since my search for a spare part (a Cvt automatic transmission) until the receipt of the goods, taking care to always respond with the utmost courtesy to all my requests. It often happens that once a deal is concluded, then no answer is found .... This is not the case with Sannio Service which I highly recommend to anyone looking for the necessary spare part ... Thanks again.
