Non è un negozio convenzionato con il sistema nazionale ASL, o almeno per qualche articolo che ovviamente dovrebbero specificare telefonicamente, è non dire che sono convenzionati. Tatticamente scorretto, ma passiamo alla seconda fase, l'incontro. Ebbene mi sono recato in negozio per effettuare un acquisto con una signora anziana bisognosa di collant per contenimento, ho riscontrato nelle commesse un vero e proprio stato di incompetenza deludente, mi presento in negozio accompagnando l'anziana signora che tra l'altro era già la seconda volta che vedevano nemmeno in due giorni, chiedo specificatamente di parlare con la commessa che ha precedentemente preso le misure per la calza di contenimento, e al suo arrivo non mi degna di un sguardo ma predilige un altra cliente "amica" e mi lascia in un lessico silenzio religioso. Dovrò io successivamente fare le mie rimostranze per non passare da stupido, e a quel punto la commessa con la scusa più vecchia del mondo si degna di servirmi. Non intendo divulgarmi ma ritengo personalmente che la professionalità in questo esercizio viene fatta in maniera da sottoborgo di mercato. Se qualcuno del esercizio si fosse sentito toccato dalla mia reale esperienza io sono a completa disposizione, e visto che avete anche un servizio di video sorveglianza potremmo assieme visionarle per vedere chi mente. Questa esperienza in questo esercizio mi ha lasciato davvero basito e incredulo non credevo esistesse col tanta inadempienza al proprio dovere.
