Bisognerebbe insegnarle che i clienti vanno accolti col sorriso e che in questo modo fa scappare le persone ! Le buone maniere non sono per tutti! A mai più!

Sono entrata con mio figlio di due anni per vedere dei vestiti e la proprietaria ci ha fatto comprare forzatamente un pallone con cui mio figlio ha giocato dentro il negozio. Complimenti per l’accoglienza, se una mamma non può neanche stare tranquilla con suo figlio in un negozio per bambini, siamo ancora nella preistoria.
