Però,con sincerità,devo dire che il titolare non ha trasmesso la sua cordialità alla figlia,la quale sta anche in negozio,ma con arroganza,altezzositá,e non gentilezza assolute quindi non darei neanche mezza stella! Penso proprio,che se in negozio ci sarebbe solo lei,non ci andrebbe nessuno!! Quando si ha a che fare con il pubblico,bisogna abbassare le ali,sorridere,essere disponibili,e mettere da parte l acidità!
