Nonostante il ritardo ho ricevuto un articolo di verso da quello ordinato. I tempi di resa non veloci, nonostante l'invio di email e telefonate di sollecito. Non lo consiglio. Highly bad experience. Not very reliable. Goods arrived after about 8 days and not in the times indicated by them in the order phase. Despite the delay, I received an article different from the one ordered. Delivery times are not fast, despite sending reminders of emails and telephone calls. I don't recommend it.

Il servizio clienti non esiste, email ignorate così come i messaggi lasciati telefonicamente. Se avete bisogno non affidatevi a questo sito. Ben felice di cambiare la mia recensione dovessi ricevere riscontri. Update: il mio giudizio non cambia, assistenza alla vendita inesistente, l'articolo mi è arrivato ad un mese dall'acquisto, il che di per se non è un problema se si specificano le tempistiche reali e se, in caso di ritardi o di necessità di riassortimento, si avvisa il cliente del ritardo. Almost a month after the purchase, I did not receive the ordered item which, like many who rely on the site, I needed. There is no customer service, ignored emails as well as messages left over the phone. If you need, don't rely on this site. Happy to change my review should I receive feedback. Update: my opinion does not change, sales assistance does not exist, the item arrived within a month of purchase, which in itself is not a problem if you specify the actual timing and if, in case of delays or need for restocking, the customer is advised of the delay.

Ho ordinato da Milano una carrozzina pieghevole in giovedì alle 14, hanno effettuato una verifica a magazzino - ho chiamato il numero fisso di Roma, non il numero verde - e l'articolo era disponibile... è arrivato a casa mia venerdì alle 12:30, meno di 24 ore dopo l'ordine e senza pagare la consegna espresso. L'articolo è arrivato perfetto, con imballaggio più che adeguato e consegna al piano gratuita. Ah, scordavo, ho risparmiato anche 40 euro rispetto agli altri siti... Lo raccomando vivamente! I ordered a folding wheelchair from Milan on Thursday at 2 pm, they checked the warehouse - I called the fixed number in Rome, not the toll-free number - and the item was available ... it arrived at my house on Friday at 12: 30, less than 24 hours after placing your order and without paying for express delivery. The item arrived perfect, with more than adequate packaging and free floor delivery. Oh, I forgot, I also saved 40 euros compared to the other sites ... I highly recommend it!
