Per un articolo pagato e non trovato nella busta, viene messo in dubbio la parola del cliente. Si diventa ridicoli e mi dispiace che la commessa insistente e scortese si metta a discutere con il cliente. Ricordatevi che il cliente è il motore della vostra attività e del vostro lavoro.
I don't usually do reviews but this morning I was thrilled by the wrong way of treating the customer. For a paid item not found in the envelope, the customer's word is questioned. You get ridiculous and I'm sorry that the insistent and rude saleswoman is arguing with the customer. Remember that the customer is the engine of your business and your work.
