Assolutamente sconsigliato per chi avesse intenzione di scegliere un sanitario del gruppo, in quanto avrebbe da confrontarsi con personale paramedico professionisti della maleducazione! bad front office staff, due to a complete lack of professionalism, education and competence. P	Piccola Stella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre stata un'ottima struttura fino a ieri sera quando una "DOTTORESSA" che mi ha risposto dopo essere stata chiamata sotto indicazione del 118 (perché non era disponibile L'AUTOMBULANZA) ha iniziato una serie d domande a mio avviso fuori luogo poiché se chiamo da ex moglie non capisco cosa abbia a che fare la domanda se ho problemi con gli alimenti! Scandaloso e poco professionale! Ma nn finisce qui! Fornisco i numeri della madre del mio ex e chiamata lei insinua ke il malessere sia dovuto ad un evento post sbornia!!! Allucinante visto ke parliamo di persona astemia ma nn è solo qst! Dopo 1 h di domande si lavano le mani perché cava non è zona di pertinenza loro e scaricano tt su s. Maria. Mi chiedo non lo sapevano 1h prima? Il 118 neppure? Loro stessi mi hanno invitato a chiama qst guardia medica!Le cose non devono funzionare così! Poteva rischiare la vita e quell'ora essere importantissima x il paziente! Vista la pertinenza quindi l'emergenza è stata ignorata? Mi dispiace non essere a conoscenza del nome della Dottoressa visto il momento di tensione ma se mi legge le auguro di mettersi una mano sulla coscienza e valutare il suo operato se è stato conforme all'etica prima morale e poi profesionale!!!! Ringrazio immensamente l'operatore del 118 e l'intervento dell'ambulanza di Sellia Marina soprattutto mi rendo conto per le condizioni metereologiche che vi erano ieri sera nonché l'allerta! Si vede che hanno svolto il loro lavoro con amore verso lo stesso! Questi sono gli eroi degni del loro lavoro!!! Provo a chiamare e mi mettere in attesa per 40 minuti senza alcun segnale di vita. Numeri telefonici sempre operativi che per quanto la mole di lavoro sia stata e sia ad oggi ancora importante, hanno sopperito all'impossibilità dettata dalla crisi sanitaria, di recarsi in studio. Anche i livelli di efficienza della guardia medica sono su standard elevati e nel corso degli ultimi anni per tre volte ho ricevuto adeguata assistenza. Per il quartiere è un punto di riferimento importante a livello sanitario.
