Grande professionalità nell'analizzare la situazione e successivamente scegliere il metodo (che si è rivelato risolutivo) per eliminare gli spiacevoli ospiti. Un altra cosa molto apprezzata, oltre la cortesia, è che contestualmente è stato fatto un accurato controllo nella stanza, eliminando alcuni nidi di ragno e altri insetti che noi non avevamo notato, pur essendo belli grossi. Dopo hanno anche sistemato, riordinato e lavato. Sono molto soddisfatto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato una deiezione di un animale selvatico all'interno dell'appartamento in città dove vivo. Molto preoccupato, ho cercato su internet una Azienda specializzata ed ho trovato SaniSystem cui ho telefonato chiedendo un intervento immediato. Purtroppo in quel momento tutti gli operatori sul campo dell' Azienda erano impegnati. Vi era la massima urgenza di capire se l'animale selvatico e, potenzialmente pericoloso, fosse ancora dentro l'appartamento. SaniSystem, non potendo intervenire subito, mi ha fornito al telefono tutte le dettagliate procedure necessarie che ho messo in atto e che, nell'arco di un giorno, hanno consentito di appurare che l' intruso, probabilmente una faina, se ne era andato.
SaniSystem è stata veramente tempestiva. Mi sono stati vicini, in costante contatto: ci siamo scambiati fotografie, messaggi e lunghe telefonate. Veramente sono sempre stati al mio fianco! SaniSystem per supportarmi ha coinvolto tutti i suoi esperti zoologi. Alla fine di questa intensa e proficua attività ho chiesto il loro IBAN per il pagamento del loro servizio. NON HANNO VOLUTO ESSERE PAGATI!!!!!!
Ho insistito ma non hanno voluto niente!
È rarissimo, se non impossibile, trovare una azienda di professionisti che lavora per te per tante ore, ti segue da vicino e non ti chiede nulla.
Non ci sono parole per definire questo meraviglioso ed unico comportamento professionale ed umano.

I found a wild animal dejection inside the apartment in the city where I live. Very worried, I searched the internet for a specialized company and found SaniSystem, which I called asking for immediate intervention. Unfortunately at that moment all the operators on the field of the Company were busy. There was the utmost urgency to figure out if the wild and potentially dangerous animal was still inside the apartment. SaniSystem, not being able to intervene immediately, provided me over the phone with all the necessary detailed procedures that I put in place and which, within a day, made it possible to ascertain that the intruder, probably a stone marten, was gone.
SaniSystem was very timely. They were close to me, in constant contact: we exchanged photos, messages and long phone calls. Truly they have always been by my side! SaniSystem involved all its zoological experts to support me. At the end of this intense and profitable activity, I asked for their IBAN to pay for their service. THEY DID NOT WANT TO BE PAID !!!!!!
I insisted but they didn't want anything!
It is very rare, if not impossible, to find a professional company that works for you for many hours, follows you closely and does not ask you for anything.
There are no words to define this wonderful and unique professional and human behavior.
