Eccellenti le salsicce, i ciauscoli, il salame. Buonissima la pancetta. Da non perdere il "lonzotto" e tutti gli altri salumi, prodotti senza uso di conservanti, coloranti, additivi di alcun genere.
Notevoli le olive ripiene.
