Rispondendo al suo commento: assolutamente no, il procedimento è uno solo per quegli esami ed è stato fatto totalmente sbagliato perché non lo sapevate fare ed eravate tenuti a dirlo visto che era la prima volta che li facevo, inoltre il top è stato sentirsi dire che la colpa quasi era mia perché dovevo dirvi come andavano fatti questi esami, una barzelletta, comunque complimenti per come trattate i clienti, vergogna

Responding to his comment: absolutely not, the procedure is only one for those exams and it was done totally wrong because you didn't know how to do it and you had to say it since it was the first time I did them, moreover the top was being told that it was almost my fault because I had to tell you how these exams were done, a joke, anyway congratulations on how you treat customers, shame
