★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza in questo ospedale. Camere sporche, pulizia della stanza effettuata in 4 minuti,quindi non pulita. Disorganizzazione all interno dei reparti e degli ambulatori. Ore ad aspettare per essere visitati. Una settimana di degenza e pasti saltati perché hanno dimenticato la stanza. Consiglio vivamente di star lontani da questo ospedale
Bad experience in this hospital. Dirty rooms, room cleaning done in 4 minutes, so not clean. Disorganization within the wards and clinics. Hours waiting to be visited. A week of hospitalization and missed meals because they forgot the room. I highly recommend staying away from this hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato ricoverato qui per due mesi. Pessima esperienza. Il primario del reparto di riabilitazione intensiva è arrogante e disumano. Spesso è stato scortese con mia moglie. Il vitto è immangiabile, tanto che me lo facevo portare da fuori. Giro di visite quotidiane quasi inesistente. Sono tutti concentrati più sulla burocrazia e sui guadagni che sul benessere del degente. A mai più! X. D.
I've been hospitalized here for two months. Bad experience. The head of the intensive rehabilitation department is arrogant and inhumane. He was often rude to my wife. The food is inedible, so much so that I had it brought from outside. Round of daily visits almost non-existent. They are all focused more on bureaucracy and earnings than on the patient's well-being. To never again! X. D.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io ho avuto ricoverata mia suocera Picano Gelsomina per un ictus. Da come parla mia suocera non ha avuto un servizio da parte degli infermieri a lei soddisfacente. È stata dimessa dopo più di due mesi senza la seconda dose del vaccino. Ora si trova in una struttura di riposo eno nsi sa chi deve fare il vaccino. Cmq non auguri a nessuno di ricoverarsi presso l'ospedale di Cassino il S. RAFFAELE.
I had my mother-in-law Picano Gelsomina hospitalized for a stroke. From the way my mother-in-law speaks, she has not had a satisfactory service from the nurses. She was discharged after more than two months without the second dose of the vaccine. He is now in a rest facility and no one knows who gets the vaccine. Anyway, I do not wish anyone to be admitted to the S. RAFFAELE hospital in Cassino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso appuntamento per RM e tac ..urgente unica struttura che mi ha dato appuntamentio celere ..personale alla diagnostica eccezionale e le signore all accettazione e prenotazione di una gentilezza e disponibilità sbalorditiva di questi tempi...la signora Rosalba è stata adorabile nonostante fossi una sconosciuta da Roma..complimenti a tutto lo staff..
I made an appointment for RM and tac .. urgent only structure that gave me a quick appointment .. staff to exceptional diagnostics and the ladies to the acceptance and booking of an amazing kindness and availability these days ... Mrs. Rosalba was lovely even though I was a stranger from Rome .. congratulations to all the staff ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono stato ricoverato in questa struttura e devo dire che sono stato benissimo!! ben trattato e assistito da un ottimo staff del 3 piano riabilitazione..medici..infermieri..fisioterapisti molto soddisfacenti e preparati...due mesi x riabilitaxione alla anca e i progressi evidenti..quindi consiglio questa struttura di ho un ricordo molto positivo
I was hospitalized in this facility and I must say that I had a great time !! well treated and assisted by an excellent staff of the 3rd floor rehabilitation .. doctors .. nurses .. very satisfying and prepared physiotherapists ... two months x hip rehabilitation and evident progress .. so I recommend this facility I have a very positive memory

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the rehab (level -1 / ground) the staff is great, gentle and skilled, the gym is quite supplied with exercise bike, treadmill, rehabilitation pool and more. Less organized with the muscle stimulator and magnetotherapy machine (they have only 2 each but 1 of them is always broken or not working so you have to stay in line to use it)
The rooms for rehab's patients (level 3) are new, with good furniture. The keepers (nurse, male and female, doctors and all the staff) are very kind and have a lot of humanity. There is also a sort of living-eating-room with a free television where you can watch till 11PM.
Never saw the long-term care (level 2) but looks bad organized and with a totally different humanity meaning, that's what the patients says.
The menù is fine, except for the pasta that is always overcooked, a lot overcooked, massively overcooked, the best dish is the chicken, avoid seafood, that stinks.
The only very big problem is the cleaning. You can easly get sick due the bad meaning of cleanliness of the old patients and the bad cooperation with the cleaning service that works just for fiction; spiderwebs everywere, dust in the air duct everywere. They clean the door's handle, the WC, the sink, the mirror, and again the handle with the same rag in a random order. Absurd. The patient management sometimes are out of the mind; they put patients from long-term care in the same room of rehab's patient even if they have more patients from long-term care in the same floor (just put all them togeter!).
Other than that, is a good structure.
